1. Introduction

Welcome to InterviewAI ("InterviewAI", "the App", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not use the App.

InterviewAI is an AI-powered interview preparation application that may provide features such as mock interviews, job requirement analysis, interview question generation, real-time interview practice, performance feedback, personalized improvement plans, and job-specific interview knowledge.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use InterviewAI. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

InterviewAI is intended for personal learning, interview practice, and career development purposes only.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep such information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact us promptly.

4. Subscription and Pricing

InterviewAI may offer free features and paid subscription services.

Current subscription options may include:

Monthly Subscription: $19.99  

Annual Subscription: $99.99

Subscription benefits may include, but are not limited to:

- AI-Generated Interview Questions and Answers

- Resume-Based Interview Preparation, if available

Actual prices, free trial availability, billing cycles, renewal terms, and promotional offers may vary by region, platform, currency, or time.

All purchases, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by the applicable app store or payment provider, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. Please review the payment terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions may automatically renew according to the rules of the applicable app store or payment provider.

Deleting your InterviewAI account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription through the applicable app store or payment platform.

5. AI-Powered Features

InterviewAI uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate, analyze, summarize, score, and recommend interview-related content.

AI-powered features may include:

- Generating mock interview questions

- Analyzing your interview answers

- Providing feedback on communication, structure, clarity, and relevance

- Creating personalized learning paths

- Summarizing job requirements

- Suggesting answer frameworks

- Providing interview preparation knowledge

- Transcribing or analyzing audio or video, if available

You understand and agree that AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances.

InterviewAI does not guarantee that any AI-generated answer, score, recommendation, report, or feedback is correct, reliable, complete, or appropriate.

You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding how to use any AI-generated content.

6. No Professional or Employment Advice

InterviewAI is not a recruiter, employer, career agency, legal advisor, financial advisor, or professional career counselor.

The App is designed to support interview practice and self-improvement. It does not provide professional employment advice, legal advice, immigration advice, financial advice, or guaranteed career guidance.

InterviewAI does not guarantee:

- Interview invitations

- Job offers

- Hiring success

- Employer approval

- Salary increases

- Promotion opportunities

- Career advancement

- Improved interview outcomes

Your actual results depend on many factors outside our control, including your experience, qualifications, communication skills, job market conditions, employer expectations, and hiring decisions.

7. Interview Practice and Performance Analysis

InterviewAI may provide mock interview sessions, skill scores, performance reports, improvement suggestions, and learning recommendations.

These outputs are generated based on your submitted information, interview responses, usage behavior, and AI analysis.

Scores, ratings, feedback, and reports are for educational and practice purposes only. They do not represent the opinions of actual employers, recruiters, hiring managers, or professional interviewers.

8. User Content

You may submit, upload, record, or provide content to InterviewAI, including but not limited to:

- Interview answers

- Text prompts

- Voice recordings

- Video recordings

- Resume information

- Job descriptions

- Career background

- Work experience

- Learning goals

- Personal profile information

You retain ownership of the content you provide.

By using the App, you grant InterviewAI a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, analyze, store, transmit, display, and use your content solely for purposes related to providing, maintaining, improving, securing, and personalizing the App and its AI-powered features.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful, accurate, and does not violate the rights of others.

You agree not to submit content that:

- Is illegal, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or harmful

- Contains confidential information you are not authorized to share

- Contains personal information of others without permission

- Violates intellectual property rights

- Is false, misleading, or fraudulent

- Attempts to manipulate, exploit, or misuse the App or AI system

9. Sensitive Information

InterviewAI may process career-related and interview-related information that you choose to provide.

You should avoid submitting highly sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your use of the App.

Sensitive information may include, but is not limited to:

- Government identification numbers

- Financial account information

- Medical information

- Precise home address

- Passwords or security credentials

- Confidential employer information

- Trade secrets

- Private information about other individuals

If you choose to submit such information, you do so at your own discretion and risk.

10. Use of Third-Party AI and Service Providers

To provide AI-powered features, speech processing, data storage, analytics, security, payment processing, or other technical services, InterviewAI may use third-party service providers.

These providers may include AI model providers, cloud infrastructure providers, speech recognition providers, analytics providers, payment platforms, and app store services.

When you use certain features, your submitted content may be transmitted to and processed by third-party service providers solely for the purpose of providing App functionality, such as generating AI responses, analyzing interview performance, transcribing audio, or improving service reliability.

We take reasonable measures to protect user data, but third-party services may process data according to their own privacy and security practices.

11. Privacy and Data Processing

Your use of InterviewAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information.

By using InterviewAI, you acknowledge that we may process certain information to provide AI-powered services, including:

- Subscription status

- Interview responses

- Uploaded materials

- Audio or video recordings, if provided

- AI-generated reports and feedback

- App interaction data

We use this information to operate the App, provide personalized features, improve user experience, maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

12. Children's Policy

InterviewAI is not intended for children under the age of 18.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information promptly.

13. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App’s settings, if available, or by contacting us.

After account deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal data from active systems within a reasonable period, unless retention is required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup, or operational purposes.

Some residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period before being securely deleted or overwritten.

Account deletion does not automatically cancel any active subscription. You must cancel your subscription through Apple App Store, Google Play, or the applicable payment provider.

14. User Conduct

You agree not to:

- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes

- Use the App to generate deceptive, discriminatory, hateful, or illegal content

- Upload content that infringes the rights of others

- Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information

- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or exploit the App

- Interfere with the App’s servers, networks, security systems, or functionality

- Use bots, scraping tools, automation, or unauthorized access methods

- Share, sell, transfer, or misuse your account

- Use the App to evaluate, screen, rank, or make employment decisions about other people without proper legal basis and consent

- Attempt to bypass subscription limits, usage limits, or security protections

- Misuse AI features to create spam, scams, impersonation, or harmful content

15. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, interfaces, trademarks, logos, graphics, features, databases, and materials within InterviewAI are owned by InterviewAI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without our prior written permission.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, you may use AI-generated content from the App for your personal interview preparation and career development purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws, employer policies, third-party rights, and professional standards.

16. App Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, limit, replace, or discontinue any part of InterviewAI at any time.

This may include changes to:

- AI models

- Features

- Subscription benefits

- Pricing

- Free trial availability

- Usage limits

- Supported languages

- Interview categories

- Content libraries

- Third-party service providers

We do not guarantee that any feature will always be available or remain unchanged.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

InterviewAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant that:

- The App will always be secure, available, or error-free

- AI-generated content will always be accurate, complete, or appropriate

- Interview feedback will match real employer expectations

- Scores or reports will reflect actual hiring decisions

- Any defects or errors will be corrected

- The App will meet your expectations or career goals

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InterviewAI, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

This includes damages arising from or related to:

- Your use of or inability to use the App

- Reliance on AI-generated content

- Interview or employment outcomes

- Errors in scores, feedback, reports, or recommendations

- Loss of data

- Unauthorized access

- Service interruptions

- Subscription or billing issues handled by app stores or payment providers

- Third-party services

- User-submitted content

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InterviewAI, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

- Your use of the App

- Your violation of this Agreement

- Your submitted content

- Your misuse of AI-generated content

- Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

20. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to InterviewAI at any time if we believe that:

- You violated this Agreement

- You misused the App

- Your conduct creates legal, security, or operational risk

- You infringed the rights of others

- Your use may harm InterviewAI, other users, or third parties

You may stop using the App at any time.

Termination does not automatically cancel your subscription. Subscription cancellation must be handled through the applicable app store or payment provider.

21. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Depending on your location, you may have certain consumer protection rights that cannot be waived by this Agreement.

22. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time.

When we make material changes, we may notify you through the App, by email, or by other reasonable means.

Changes will become effective when posted or otherwise made available. Your continued use of InterviewAI after the updated Agreement becomes effective means that you accept the revised Agreement.
