User Agreement for InterviewAI

1. Introduction

Welcome to InterviewAI ("the App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use InterviewAI. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Pricing

InterviewAI offers subscription services with the following pricing:

• Monthly Subscription: $19.99

• Annual Subscription: $99.99

Subscriptions provide access to premium features, including:

• Master Your Interview Skills with AI

• Real-Time AI Mock Interview

• Interview Performance Analysis

• Job-Specific Interview Knowledge

5. Children's Policy

InterviewAI is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed from our active databases. However, some information may be retained for legal or operational purposes.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

• Share false or misleading information.

• Infringe upon the rights of others.

• Disrupt the App's functionality.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

InterviewAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the App's content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InterviewAI disclaims all liability for any damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
